I provide individual therapy for adults through my practice, New Heights Counseling, offering secure telehealth sessions for clients located across Arizona.

I provide online therapy for adults located throughout Arizona, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tucson, and surrounding communities.

For some people, this work involves anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, identity, or the impact of high-pressure and non-affirming environments. For others, it may involve relationships, belonging, emotional disconnection, or wanting a clearer sense of direction moving forward.
Some clients also choose to incorporate trauma-informed work and EMDR as deeper experiences and patterns begin to feel more approachable over time.
The goal is not perfection or constant productivity. It is developing a healthier relationship with yourself and moving through life with greater self-understanding, flexibility, and emotional clarity.
Telehealth Therapy in Arizona
Sessions are held through secure video telehealth, allowing you to attend therapy from anywhere in Arizona where you have privacy and a stable internet connection.
Many clients find that telehealth offers flexibility and consistency while still allowing for meaningful therapeutic work and connection.
Fees
Initial Assessment: $200
Therapy sessions: $185
Insurance and Reimbursement
Services for Arizona residents are offered on a self-pay basis.
Some clients choose to seek out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider. If helpful, I can provide documentation, often called a superbill, that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Because insurance plans vary, clients are responsible for verifying out-of-network benefits and reimbursement eligibility directly with their insurance provider.
Arizona services are self-pay. Insurance is not accepted for clients located in Arizona at this time.

We begin with a free 15-minute consultation held online. This is a brief conversation to get a sense of what is bringing you in and whether working together feels like a good fit.
If it feels like a good fit, we schedule an initial assessment and begin ongoing sessions focused on what feels most important to you.
Sessions are provided through telehealth for adults located across Arizona.
